Cancellation is not permitted during the first 3 months. After that, you may cancel any time with 30 days written notice through the same channel used to enroll. No refunds will be issued for payments already made, except where required by law.

If you sign up online or outside the salon, you have 3 business days from the date of sign-up to cancel for a full refund — provided you have not used any membership services. Contact Tantrum in writing or by email within that window to exercise this right.

Membership fees are charged automatically each month on the anniversary of your enrollment date. Please keep your payment details current. Failed payments may result in suspended benefits, and repeated failures may trigger cancellation.

Included services expire at the end of each billing cycle. Unused benefits cannot be rolled over, exchanged for cash, or transferred. Make the most of your month!

All bookings are subject to availability. Members must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeited services or fees.

Memberships cannot be frozen, paused, or placed on hold. Billing continues monthly until you cancel. Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only.

Tantrum Hair Salon may update these terms or pricing with at least 30 days notice. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel before they take effect.
