We’re Looking For:
Professional Background & Expertise
6–15 years of professional experience behind the chair
Preferably looking for stylists available to work at least 2 evenings per week, plus Fridays and Saturdays
Valid and current cosmetology or beauty license
Advanced skills in cutting, coloring, and styling all hair types
Ability to provide personalized consultations and create custom looks
Strong client retention and proven ability to build a loyal clientele
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confidence working independently and managing a full schedule
Passion for continued education and staying on top of trends
Team-oriented mindset with a positive, collaborative attitude
Commitment to maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming environment
