Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations or changes to an appointment must be made at a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within that window will incur a charge equivalent to half of the amount of your service booked. All color, highlight, perm, and keratin treatments require a deposit upon scheduling. If a cancellation is not made at least 48 hours before an appointment, the deposit will not be refunded. Punctuality

We can only guarantee your appointment if you are there when it is scheduled to begin. If the appointment can’t be completed in some form because you arrived 10 minutes after your scheduled time, it will be considered a No-Show, and a $50 charge will be applied.

 

Service Satisfaction

In the rare event you need a little adjustment to your hair to get everything just right, please let our concierges know within 7 days of your service. Your original stylist will address it and make everything right. Our objective is your 100% happiness every time you look at yourself in the mirror. 

 

Product Purchases

We believe in providing the best products available to improve your hair healthy and styling routine at home. To take the risk out of trying something new, let us know within 2 weeks of purchase and we will gladly exchange it and help you find a better fit. 

 

Social Media Consent

I give consent to Tantrum Salon to photograph, videotape, or otherwise digitally record and use images and/or sound recordings of myself or my child or children (if applicable) to use in any public media, including radio, television, internet, social media, print or in any of the organization’s or its partners’ publications, productions, or posts. I understand that the intended use of such images and information is solely for the purpose of advertising, marketing, fundraising, and promotional and public awareness purposes for the organization.
